The value for money at Cottage San Francesco was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers and had all the amenities we needed. The location was peaceful and just a short tuk tuk ride away from town. The staff treated us like family and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
Breakfast delights could be improved with a little more variety and options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location is absolutely incredible - nestled at the top of a hill with breathtaking views of tea plantations and small farms surrounding it. Secondly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice wooden floor, adding a cozy touch. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and served on the last floor, where you could enjoy the incredible view of nature.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Spent xmas in this place and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were great, with new and clean beds and proper bedding. , the staff were friendly and accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the food, delicious and plentiful. The location, although a bit far from town, offered breathtaking views that we enjoyed from the comfort of our room. a great experience.
One downside of the location is that it gets colder at night because it is higher in the mountains. , keep in mind that it is a bit farther from town, which may require extra effort to arrange activities and meals.

the Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and the hospitality of the staff was top-notch. We appreciated the effort of the owner to make us feel welcomed and help us with any issues that arose.
The access road to the property is very narrow and poorly maintained, which made it difficult to get to the hotel. the lounge area did not offer any outdoor views which was disappointing.
